Hi All

Well I think I have got over my data corruption problem and everything seems to be working well except when I create a pivot table from powerpivot tables the "date" field from one of the tables comes thru as a label and consequently I dont get the "date type" filters, I get text filters. I tried using the =format formula in a calculated field but now it comes thru and I have label type filters still not date type filters.

Any ideas

can you try to change the column type in the PowerPivot Window. When you select the column you can manually set the data type to date.
